Hoshizaki to Exhibit at Two Trade Shows in February

HCJ2025 Japan Food Service Equipment Show and Delicatessen Trade Show 2025

HOSHIZAKI CORPORATION (Head office: Toyoake City, Aichi; President & CEO: Yasuhiro Kobayashi; hereafter “Hoshizaki”) will exhibit at the HCJ2025 25th Japan Food Service Equipment Show (“HCJ”), to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from February 4 to 7, 2025 and the Delicatessen Trade Show 2025 (“DTS”), to be held at Makuhari Messe on February 12 to 14, 2025. It will be Hoshizaki’s first time exhibiting at DTS.

HCJ2025 Japan Food Service Equipment Show 2025

Hoshizaki will exhibit a large variety of products, including new products that use natural refrigerants. Exclusive to the show, it will present special-order models and concept models, including dishwashers designed to resolve labor shortages in foodservice kitchens, larger-capacity versions of existing products, freezers and thawing cabinets.

  • ・Commercial natural-refrigerant refrigerator/freezers: Contribute greatly to reduction of environmental impact by significantly reducing Global Warming Potential (GWP).

  • ・Ice makers: A wide variety of ice options to suit various uses
  • ・Steam convection ovens: A single appliance that accommodates diverse cooking methods, including baking, steaming, and boiling

Delicatessen Trade Show 2025 (DTS)

The Delicatessen Trade Show is a trade show for the food distribution industry, with a focus on supermarkets, held simultaneously with the Supermarket Trade Show 2025. Hoshizaki will exhibit at DTS for the first time in an effort to further expand the foodservice market. It will present many products designed to help supermarkets to increase efficiency.

  • ●Product ranges
  • ・Deep freezers: Preserve fresh fish and other foods at the ultra-low temperature of -60°C. Inhibit discoloration and deterioration of texture
  • ・Thawing cabinets: Thaw food while preserving their flavor, preventing drips and uneven thawing
  • ・Cold water chillers: Provide stable supply of cold water in large quantities. Maintain the freshness and quality of vegetables by washing in cold water
  • ・Warewashers: Able to wash trays, hotel pans, etc., contributing to improvement of work efficiency
  • ・Vacuum packer: Vacuum-pack various food products, including fresh fish, to preserve quality
