Öztiryakiler Wins the Metallic Stars of Export Award

Öztiryakiler Madeni Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereafter “Öztiryakiler”), a group company of HOSHIZAKI CORPORATION(hereafter “Hoshizaki”) based in Türkiye, has maintained its first place in the Industrial Kitchen Products category at the Metallic Stars of Export Awards. The award was presented by the Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters’ Association (iDDMiB), established in affiliation with the Turkish Ministry of Trade. Öztiryakiler has been honored with this award by iDDMiB 13 times in the past.

At the Metallic Stars of Export award ceremony, the top three companies in each of 26 categories are granted awards based on their export values. In 2022, Öztiryakiler’s exports amounted to approximately 9 billion yen¹ for industrial kitchen products, the largest sales in this product category in the Turkish market.

Hoshizaki started to invest in Öztiryakiler in 2019 with the aim of increasing sales, especially in Europe. Öztiryakiler has a wide sales network in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, and is steadily expanding export sales as well as growing rapidly in Türkiye.

Hoshizaki continuously strives to provide high-quality products worldwide, in addition to achieving sales growth via Öztiryakiler in both the domestic Turkish market and exports.

■About Öztiryakiler
A Turkish manufacturer of kitchen equipment established in 1958. Its main products are heat equipment such as steam convection ovens, as well as commercial refrigerators and dishwashers. HOSHIZAKI CORPORATION started to invest Öztiryakiler in 2019, and the company is currently an affiliate of Hoshizaki. Öztiryakiler has a total of four manufacturing sites, including the Corlu factory, which was newly opened last year. The company employs 1,570 people.
