Hoshizaki has been reinforcing its service system so that our customers can use our products comfortably. We have over 429 service branches throughout Japan. No other company can boast this number of branches. Hoshizaki has also adopted an “in-charge system” in every district for both our service and sales activities. We offer thorough services through the collaboration between sales and service representatives for the best use of our products at all times. These service representatives are thoroughly trained at each sales branch. They are trained to be able to repair any Hoshizaki product through our original “Qualification & Skill System”. So in the case of trouble, one of our service representatives will visit the customer immediately to perform troubleshooting based on our motto of “Same-day Troubleshooting”.
