For approximately 60 years since the establishment of our company in 1947, we have been unflinching in our tireless efforts in manufacturing and challenging the limits. Product development is currently performed at our Central Research Institute (Headquarters Factory) and Shimane Research Institute (Shimane Headquarters Factory). At both of these locations, engineers with a wealth of expert knowledge are earnestly engaged in research and development from the basic research stages to product commercialization. We are also actively working on “Food”-themed research. Hoshizaki's engineering spirit is a key force in creating new products such as hygienic management freshness control systems to ensure food safety. |
