What is Electrolyzed water?

Electrolyzed water is the result of a combination of tap water, salt and electricity. These elements combined produce one of the most effective means of cleaning. It significantly lowers the presence of microorganisms, pathogens, and viruses, and has been proven effective at removing  bacteria. With the combination of alkaline and acidic water, we are able to wash and sanitize food related items without the use of chemicals.

The ROX process is simple
	Bacteria grows beneath the protein surface ROX produces two kinds of water (Alkaline & Acidic) Alkaline dissolves protein and oil Acidic removes the bacteria

The process can be done in two easy steps
	Step1 Remove protein with Alkaline water	Step2 Remove bacteria with Acidic water

How ti Apply Electrolzed Water

Regular use	Hand wash
	Wash by Alkaline Water in between fingers. wrists and nails by brush thoroughly. (When its dirty, pre-wash with soap.)		Rinse by Acidic Water.	Dry with paper towel.
	Cutting board
	Apply Alkaline Water and scrub by brush. (When its dirty. pre-wash by detergent.)		Apply Acidic Water and scrub by brush.
	Knives
	Wash by sponge with Alkaline Water.	Rinse by Acidic Water.	Rinse by tap water then dry it.
After operation hours	Floor (Washable)
	Sweep floor first. Apply Alkaline Water to brush up.	Rinse by mixed Water.  (Acidic : Alkaline. 1:1)	Apply tap water then wipe off. Remove water from metal object.
	Range hood Grease filter Gas range Oven
	Spray Alkaline Water then brush up.		Wash gas ranges and ovens same way.
