Our Headquaters Marketing Depatment plays a major role in the compay's sales and marketing activities. The Marketing Depatment takes great care of our customers in all aspects from product and marketing information for a new shop/restaurant to after-sales service by taking full advantage of their abilities as our group's marketing department, and by integrating with a number of sales branches across Japan.
In addition to this, these two agencies are proactively engaged in the training of sales/service representatives, performing market research, and analyzing information. They also serve as a liaison between customers and the manufacturer by passing on valuable information and feedback from customers immediately to the manufacturing site (Hoshizaki Electric) to be reflected in future product development and improvements. |
